The emblem of The Château de Fontainebleau, the famous Horseshoe Staircase, strongly
degraded by the ravages of time, will be restored from April 2019, thanks to a call for donations which brought together 2.2 million euros. This Staircase, rebuilt under King Louis XIII,
is the witness of the great hours of the Political and Religious History of France.
