Thank You, Dante Peregrinus, for your kind Comment and Best Wishes.
When I land the first Trout, and sip the fine brandy at nightfall “to break the chill”, I shall remember your kind thoughts.
The only “fly in the ointment” (nothing to do with “fly-fishing”) is that Perkins (Chauffeur) has threatened to travel up with me on “The Scottish Express” and “look after the brandy, Sir” !!!
May I reciprocate to you, your family, friends, and fellow Parishioners, by echoing your lovely greeting: “Feliz Navidad”.
Excellent, Zephyrinus! A well-deserved rest, trout-fishing perhaps in the icy cold Scottish streams!
ReplyDeleteAnd then a sip of a fine brandy or acognac at nightfall “to break the chill,” of course, and safeguard the constitution, mais oui!
We will all be with you in spirit! Feliz Navidad!
