This recording of "O Holy Night" by Josh Groban is also my favorite. The piece was originally written by Adolphe Adam (1853-1856), drawing on Adam's mostly operatic background, for a soprano or counter-tenor: yet Groban, who is considered between a tenor and a baritone, has great range but like Andrea Bocelli, has "unforced" natural singing power in his voice.
