It is a small, simple, Church that contains a masterpiece,
a Mediæval Altarpiece, a panel painting called the
Thornham Parva Retable.
Dating from the 1330s, the painting miraculously
survived the English Reformation and the Dissolution
of the Monasteries in the reign of King Henry VIII.
