R. Et clamor meus ad te véniat. 

V. Dominus vobiscum. 

R. Et cum spíritu tuo.

Quaésumus, omnípotens Deus,
ut fámulus tuus Carola, Rex noster,
qui tua miseratióne suscépit regni gubernácula,
virtútum étiam ómnium percípiat increménta;
quibus decénter ornátus, et vitiórum monstra
